Principal's Message

Welcome to an overview of our ministry at Vail Christian School. We think you'll discover a school that offers you an excellent education- one that prepares you well for further education and gives you a jump-start toward your chosen career. Our staff treats each student as a unique child of God cultivating their talents while nurturing their faith. Being a student here means much more than just the classes in which you are enrolled; it is an experience to develop the whole student: educationally, spiritually and socially. Vail Christian School is dedicated to providing an rigorous Christ-centered education that will positively impact the entire family.

Being a student here means hard work. High standards and academic excellence are expectations for each student. You'll also find teachers that care and are willing to help you be successful. It is their goal to encourage you to find your special niche, and help you excel!

Being a student here means feeling secure and safe, in an environment that lets you learn, grow, and make friends. It means becoming involved and developing your skills and interests through school activities and organizations. Over 90% of students here participate in a least one athletic or co curricular activity. It means having the opportunity to focus on your spiritual life, through worship, service to others, and personal exploration of your faith in an affirming Christian school environment that invites all denominations.

Being a student here means fun! You'll find a welcoming community of new friends some that will support and encourage you for a lifetime.

VCS seeks to admit bright and energetic students who are willing to contribute positively to the school community. Candidates are considered on the basis of their academic and discipline record, school recommendations, a personal interview, and evident enthusiasm for the challenges at VCS.

We think VCS is a special place. I encourage you to visit and explore our school yourself. Spend a day, talk to our students and teachers, and meet me.

I look forward to meeting you and invite you to share in the fantastic blessings that are part of our experience here.

In Christ,

Jeremy Lowe
